base_scripts.dzip Missing, no fix for this yet?

It looks like Enhanced Edition doesn't have the file in the CookedPC folder. This makes it impossible to use modifications based on that file as the new modded base_scripts will have no effect whatsoever, and unpacking it and pasting the modded files only into the CookedPC folder (still respecting folder hierarchy) won't do anything too.

Moved to mod section, as it‘s not really a technical issue of the main game.

Maybe someone with mod experience knows more about it.
