Can't start Path of the Warrior/Yngvar's Fang

The man I need to speak to to start the quest isn't at the camp site. The couple arguing are there. I've mediated, I've left to do other quests and come back - nada.

Anyone any ideas?

Gotta finish Tower Outta Nowheres first.

If you did that and he still isnt there, FT to Velen/Novigrad, do something, FT back.

Ahhh, thanks - I did wonder that but I couldn't remember doing that quest first the last time I played, and couldn't see any reason why it would be so.
