Insectoid Oil Location in the Witcher 3

Okay, so I've been playing the game on the Xbox Box One (unfortunately) and I have just about looked everywhere for this thing and I just can't seem to find it. Is this an item that just randomly spawns in some ordinary a chest, or is it a quest based item?

too late, i completed all quests with her and she is gone

I found it in the spider cave in the watered area passage where you need to go to get to the boss. It was in a chest underwater.
