Looks nice... Can you share your lighting mod and reshade preset?
.... No. I finally decided to get the free upgrade to windows 10 last night.. got it activated, watched it download the entire internet and try and take over my house.. so as i was putting seven back on as a final fu from windows 10 formatted my raid array... So no.. not yet anyway. :/
EDIT: Okay, just remade it. The screenshots you saw was from a version using vanilla lighting, but i switched back to essently's super turbo mod for the ambient occlusion. It clicked the other day he's actually nerfing the colors also, which counted as a good step towards the look i seem to go for.
This only works in toussaint.. the ULM environment doesn't work at all in the vanilla zones (you can just turn it off there i guess) installation here:
Installation:
- STML current off nexus
- ULM using 74: env spiral snow hour something, @envblend 34
- In game gamma set to about 1 bar above center, adjust to your own taste.

I remade this off my old preset based on asmodeans stuff, so haven't tested it to that detail. If anything explore increasing (or decreasing) the negative exposure a few pips. Its somewhere between -0.17 and -0.21
Further if you want to add some more color back, change this line
#define Saturation -0.276
to something higher -0.20 etc.

Also this is based off stlm so you didn't get this reshade from me.
I just took particularly brown shots.. if you point the camera at the sky and trees its quite colourful and looks to match the tone of toussaint, which is more happy.
Second Edit, bit better
#define Exposure -0.018 //[-1.000:1.000] //-Adjust exposure
#define Saturation -0.272 //[-1.000:1.000] //-Adjust saturation
#define Vibrance_RGB_balance float3(1.12,5.00,1.09)
Totally charming
