What would you like to see in expansion or sequel

If you're so obsessed with following the books to the word why are you OK with bombs, then? And enough of that 'No improvement necessary needed, CDP is God' mentality again.
I tend to incline to agree a bit here. Conversations and arguments are sometimes so rhetorical, so redundant and soo contradict-able in and on themselves that you can argue your points till White Frost comes... thus, it all ends in our trusty hopes that CDP will not fail us and we put the point to rest. It's as simple as that. There are nothing but opinions here of people wanting to get their side of the story off of their chest and nothing more.I hope this explains, maybe even a small part, of the way we members do things around here...And hopefully, with Melitele's guidance, there'll be no need for confrontations of the "this thread ain't big enough for the both of us" sort. :peace:

32) Fourth fighting style - the snake. Slim style ... Sly style ... Protective style ... Probability 40% to reflect the impact (against attacking enemy) Increased dodging any opponent by 30% Additional reflection arrows at 50%Increase hits by 60% Reducing damage (compared to other styles) by 70%. Damage slightly stronger than that of group identity, with the aim of attacking. Special effects - likely to push the enemy (to put footboard), which attacks the Geralt. Probability of 25%. Not nakaut not stunning - just dropping back. The enemy gets up then. Discard can be even stronger enemy.Fighting style snake attacking a single enemy In The Witcher's health over time is restored (potion Rafeld White is, but it is toxic) and if the situation is difficult, or at the Geralt and the enemy has not much hp, or to wait for the restoration of power (for witchcraft). Ie If the Geralt more mage than a warrior, then this style increases the frequency of use of magic, reduces the overall damage from physical impact. Style looks like ... cone, where the peak - holder of sword (sword down pubescent), the Geralt in the center. Drives a sword around. Perhaps the sword in his hand, holds the opposite - holder forward the blade back ... a dagger holds аssassins (Damage due to this at 60-70% less, but the defense more). Geralt twists like a snake. If the complexity is very high, higher than the original, and barefoot will not destroy a single blow, and they can be defeated "special way" or a very complex way - normal attack. Then defensive style snake would probably not superfluous. To restore power. It's all where the mark Kwen not give 100% protection. Fourth style may be too much, maybe he did not need at all. Most of his time in this position. The sword turns left to the right for protection, strikes back, etc. Geralt always keeps the sword in reverse. Perhaps this style against enemies, which cause strong critical strikes (3 other styles against different enemies), against a style they do regular attacks. Style protects from enemies cause critical damage against archers. Style against big monsters with a strong attack, or against the dangerous monsters (and people) with weapons, causing critical damage.

just got the Last Wish, and after reading it, I would like to see Roach, Geralt's horse. Or any horse for that matter...like in Oblivion, when you get a horse you can travel around MUCH faster

I guess that depends on how large the world is. But I could imagine some horsies as extras standing around in front of the inn or riding knights, or merchants with carts perhaps.

Come to think of it, there *is* a single horse in TW1. The one pulling the cart on which Vesemir and Eskel put Geralt when they found him at the very beggining. One can only wonder why the Witchers owned the single horse in the entire world ;)I thank you for your timeGorthuar of MirtheMaster of Arcane Magick

Oh, there even is a second texture for a white horse in the textures folder. And I *think* in the Items/placeable folder is another cartmodel with a horse, which has some idle animations (ear back and forth and etc.) but these were not used later in the game ( there even is a pig texture, but no model) . yep, just one poor horsie in the opening cinematic. Seems these guys own the last horse in the world indeed. :D

that wouldve been nice to have that cart take you home after drinking at pub with Zoltan and Dandelion.
Well, talking seriously, I would like to have Geralt riding in the sequel, just like in Assassins Creed (or Sacred).

Geralt leaves Old Vizima with the single horse in the entire witcher world ...
btwGeralt has no special horse, he names all his (mare) horses Roach ;D

didnt know that. only 2 of Sapkowski's books are available in english, ive read The Last Wish (where he called his horse Roach.), and have Blood of Elves on order from Borders...

Too late to write, the game seems to go in October. :) 33) Miscellaneous. 1) Sign Aksy closes and opens the door, magic boxes, etc. When Geralt chose the sign Aksy (just chose not started to conjure), then all objects that can lock or unlock glow blue. Geralt deals with objects. As in the initial roller with the sarcophagus. As in NWN. If the skill is low, then open the magic castle (door, trunk) is difficult or impossible. Lock him up to be enemies - the door. Enemies of breaking the door while Geralt is preparing. Geralt did not leave with the Innkeeper. Geralt has indestructible chest-cache (or coffin), which he seals the sign Aksy. Perhaps if the sign is weak (Aksy slightly developed), he may steal, etc. The main thing is that from the innkeeper to innkeeper until things not teleported. Aksy may be made to run a complicated mechanism. Or vice versa stop. Close the lever so that the enemies did not take advantage, or vice versa to turn the lever. 2) When the 100 \ 100 toxins, Geralt vomiting (as in the official The Witcher 2 video vomiting soldier, but not so much). Geralt does not fight, he needs to come to his senses. Toxicity is reduced to 95 \ 100. Every 1 toxin reduces the 20 units hp. During combat, it is very dangerous, almost like the original. But there is a chance that Geralt will be healthy. Are there any toxic fumes from the marsh, increase the toxicity with time (if 100 \ 100 will be less critical).1 May be Geralt is not vomiting. He spat poison, a little bent.2 At this time, Geralt can move slowly, but can not attack.3 Scale of poisoning 0 \ 110. If 100 or more \ 110, Geralt spat poison, if the poisoning 110 \ 110, Geralt is falling, as in the original. (additional 10% of strip after strip of poisoning). 3) Sign Kwen saved from falling from a great height. Depending on the height and strength of the mark. When Geralt has imposed spell Kwen, a gap where the damage will be 100% for it is marked in red. (instinct). If the red color over the ground there, then you can jump with the sign Kwen, greatly reducing the hp. 4) Dominant. Maybe dominants albedo, nigredo or rubodo are in a separate part of the interface and replaced each other, they are not added together.New Dominant ... Trenedo :) (Green color)Increases movement speed by 25%.P.s. Sorry for the ignorance and some terrible adjectives and nouns, for the Herald, Gerald. :)

34) Automatically appearing dagger (when there is no a sword). If Geralt do not have sword (has dropped, have deafened also a sword has fallen, have taken away by means of magic and other), and fight present (not fisticuffs). Geralt automatically gets witcher's dagger. This dagger always at it. This dagger cannot be replaced or cleaned. The dagger is present on an armour when the inventory is opened. The dagger without slot, it always is.Efficiency of a dagger = 1\2 efficiency usual witcher's steel sword (and is weaker than a sword on monsters, by quantity of a loss and efficiency).Geralt should return itself a sword. If there is a sword, Geralt changes a dagger for a sword automatically.Dagger cannot take away.Simply interestingly, fight with a witcher's dagger as though looked.Or the dagger is in slot, it is possible to replace it with other dagger. But this slot should be always with any dagger. In the characteristic of any dagger it is written "It is impossible to drop".

35) Inventory. Probably, and it is planned. For example, more habitual inventory, where it is possible to put limited enough quantity of the big things - a maximum 3 swords (or 2 swords and bombs) and other things. It is possible to put the second trophy in plant's slots. In stock there is a place under a trophy but if is second a trophy he can be put in plant's slots.

36) TrophiesEnemies are afraid witcher which bears with itself a trophy. The trophy is on sale for many coins, gives experience from sale. But the trophy also has a bonus. For example, +2-5-8-10% attack , or +2-5-8-10% to magic attack or protection etc. Trophy taken from a magic animal can be shone. In alchemy sack it is possible to store some trophies (give different effects) - occupy 4 cages. But if there are trophies of +2 % and +5 % of a loss, it is possible to sell a trophy of +2 %, to retain +5 %. Roads witcher its trophies, not he can easy sell all trophies.Trophies change, if them long to carry.Trophies on a hook physically conduct themselves during fight.

Hybrid magicFor example, the magic always attacks after pressing the button. Magics with the clamped button are not present. But having clamped the button, Geralt starts to charge a sword. Also as earlier, only it is not so magic blow. The sword receives a charge. This charge operates some seconds. The sword is shone by special light. For example, Aard. Geralt spends along a sword a hand, a sword charging energy. In a current of action of a charge, there is a maximum three blows on the enemy. Enemies far fly away, clinging each other. Usual magic blow simply would deafen or has knocked down. The charging cost to time and x2 to magic, therefore charging the sword is effective. Plus to alternative effect is added a sword loss.

Both Geralt and other characters as protagonists. I want to see to the fullest the story of it with multi roles. It's good to see that Geralt is the main protagonist, but what of the Assassin ? I'd like to figure out of what happened to the main antihero becoming the assassin. Same goes for the rest of the other characters. It'd be a huge hit.

Maybe a combination of prequel and sequel. Because some things from Great War would be good to be explained in story.
