Where is everyone after finishing the game mostly the main ones like ciri and yen

The title to this thread should likely contain a "spoiler" tag.
In the game - unfortunately they are nowhere to be found. Once you finish the main storyline, you'll notice a box that comes up and says something to the tune of ...
"Geralt has reached the end of his story. You can continue to explore the world and complete contracts/quests. This places you in a timeline shortly before the main battle."
All of your inventory remains in tact. You can continue to complete quests/contracts and explore. The main story is just ... over. You can find Dandelion at his inn. Zoltan seems to be missing. Keira can be found at Kaer Morhen selling merchant items, but that's believed to be a bug, since you can only reach her by scaling the castle wall and it's difficult to get back out of the area without dying. I haven't been able to locate any of the other characters.

Yeah it is one. Letho was supposed to stay around, but all we got was this bug, cause no matter what happend to her or Lambert she is not there anymore... storywise
Isn't it weird though that she has additional dialogue regarding Lambert and their relationship? It's almost like they were going to leave her in the "afterstory" but either forgot about her or ran out of money.
CDPR cut out many stuff when the latest 5 month delay for release was. I bet this with keira was also something thet fall for the cut. What annoys me the most is that Iorweth was cut out and Wyzima town. Really a shame
Well hopefully they either implement modding support to get the multi companion mod or add everyone back in it's a shame to be honest as it's a really good game and it feels empty without them
