1.3 Ongoing Bugs List

Well... Oda fight in 1.3 was no fun (at least with my equipment and attributes). My legendary handguns wouldn't do more than a percent of damage of I got a good hit and I didn't actually stop to craft ammo before going into it so I couldn't really do much with the one raged weapon I'd specialised in. Some random uncommon machete was the only thing I had that could really hurt him but even then because he makes your legs stop working if you go near him it was extremely annoying to do. Eventually got him in the most cyberpunk way possible, by repeatedly dying until he glitched in the middle of a jump and got stuck floating in the air, then jump attack his ankles.

And some think it's already way too easy :(
How CDPR could do for that... Too easy ? Too hard ? Too "I don't know" ?
(I think it depend what stuff you have and what level you are... With a legendary Quasar (2 bullet per shot) or simply the Lizzie, with clothe's mods who allow 100% crit chance, all of that at level 40-50, he die in few shots... At the opposite, if you arrive at level 20 with "basic" rare weapons without great clothe's mods, it could be difficult...)

I think I must be about level 28 and have gotten a decent number of iconic and legendary weapons, but they are all already crap in comparison to random things I find lying around due to broken scaling.

I'm playing like a normal person i.e. no min-maxing. If you're grinding to level up to level 40+ before you pickup any legendary weapons because they have higher stats then, then you deserve for the fights to be too easy.

That exactly what I'm thinking. As soon as you pickup the key, the "game" think that the quest in the building is "completed" and don't trigger those lines after.
I didn't test, but it's also possible in the GIG for El Capitan where you have to retrieve the BETA acid and the "dead" dude. Maybe if you pickup the BETA acid at first, you are unable to complet the optional objective.
I was joking hehe. Anyone reading past the veil is welcome to come to the other side.

But in my opinion that's where some of the game's roleplaying aspects come to play. To go on that mission without gear or ammo is asking for a though time

Nope, you pick as you pass nearby like everyone. But before a fight like that you upgrade them to your level (or during the game : you level up > you upgrade your gun), even if they remains "rare" they are powerful :)
For example, the Lizzie. This gun follow my level until the max level during the whole game and remains infinitly more powerful than all guns that you could loot (no way a looted gun can be more powerful...)
  • I pickup it relatively soon, like at level 20. It is "rare" version.
  • I upgrade it "normaly" until I reach the level 35 (it is very powerful even in rare version).
  • At le level 35 (if I have the perk), I upgrade to epic version and upgrade it "normally" to my level until I reach the level 45.
  • At level 45 (if I have the perk), I upgrade it to legendary version and upgrade it "normally" until max level.
But you can upgrade it "normally" until the max level, you simply miss some mod slots, but it still incredibly powerful. The same for Widow Maker, Crash or other iconic ;)

"normal" upgrade : No need crafting skill/perk, simply have the components.

Strong disagree. Min-maxing and playing the meta completely ruins the role playing aspect of any game for me.

Playing like a "normal" person
But a normal person in Vs situation would give importance to this mission. And wouldn't be caught off-guard not bringing ammo (on your case pistol the best weapon). I don't mean grinding and leveling up but get ready on the mechanics the game gives you. If you rely on pistol have it ready
Edit: can i ask what difficulty you play at?

Playing like a "normal" person
Maybe it's me,
But if you have the possibility to upgrade your "good" weapon for make it even more "good", why not do it ?
Even more if it requiere only components and don't requiere any skill/perk :(
It seems to me a "normal" gameplay who every Cyberpunk's "normal" player can/must do.

(And it's well explained the first time when you aquiere Dying Night by Wilson... The first time you living your apartment after "The Rescue")

I see alot of missing typos around

The shard icons is still shown on screen and mini-map after you have read them, you have to leave the area and re enter or save and reload the save for them to disappear.

The "Welcome to night city" montage after your lifepath mission bugged.

The initial scene featured Jackie and V T posing naked and all that, and that didn't happen in previous patches.

What happened?

I'm just going to come out and say this: Maybe the code is just too much of a mess to fix. Fix one thing, and more bugs pop up. Maybe should just do it like HADES in Horizon Zero Dawn and just burn the misbegotten mess to the ground and start from zero.

I started New game with 1.3 at Ps5 and it wasn't bugged for me. So far so good.

I was playing on PC. Maybe it's because the PC was too busy doing some other stuff, but I do notice a performance hit too.

I noticed a new area in the commercial area upstairs by V's apartment... a new hot dog vendor.

Since 1.3, people started to fall off the pavement under my car waaaaaaaay too much.
I am not sure this ever happened before.

Also, noticed this voiceline balloon that seems to be on the wrong person

Also just bumped into this invisible thing on the road

Communicate to support that invisible obstacle with the video link, it is the only way they can detect and fix it. Greetings

Don't know if anyone mentioned it but there is also problem with talking to people, the distance you can initiate "conversation" (generally use F - use/talk) is like, halved or even worse, which makes you walk into the people faces to talk to them, or makes it totally impossible for the NPCs that are behind counters, stands etc. Small bug, but irritating for me personally.
I have also noticed it for an npc to talk to you you have to press F practically glued to the npc

The 2D car sprites covering your screen for a second when you drive over certain spots is still there. Happens in last 2 seconds of video (at 15 seconds)

They should make these 2d images optional or create a more intelligent system that only generates them far away. It produces ridiculous ... it's like a 1990 game gets into your 2021 game

NPC's clothing still clips when grappling them from behind.
Reverse LODs as you can see below.View attachment 11247682
And unsupported traffic lights ... it's a classic

I don't know if this can be considered a bug or not, but it really bugs me. I mean, i like this game but this kind of things really throw me off.

Talking about more bugs found:

-Terminals not having an exit bounded button sometimes.
-Peds disappearing when turning the camera by 180 degrees.
-Attack of the clones themed gameplay, lol. Yeah, peds still having a lot of clones everywhere.
-Hollow, no collision structures. You can actually see the entire map when entering a couple of buildings.
-Oh, and i was forgetting about levitating objects and pedestrians (This still happens a lot in The Witcher 3 though).

I think there's still a lot of work to do.
