BETA FEEDBACK: CANCELLING MOVE SOMETIMES FAILS

Activated my faction leader by mistake but, the ESC key would not cancel the move. This has happened a few times, not just with faction leaders. I had to play the move, thus wasting it.

Worth looking into.

I have also noticed some problems with button/mouse reactions. Sometimes you have to double click fast and sometimes make it slow, sometimes just press longer again...
