Over 3 days meditating, in 2,3,4,5,6 hours intervals and no sign of a clear weather...
Vaska was right. We should worship the Water Lords!!!

(of course a simple reload fixed it in the first 3 hours long meditation... *sighs*)

I got this just after the main campaign of HoS.
I solved it by teleporting to Skellige, and come back

I think they forgot to replug the weather effect after the last cutscene... It's not as easy to reproduce as i'd want to so I was lazy to fill a ticket.

And I have even installed the bad weather extreme conditions mod + new dark ENB for even MORE rain and creepyness and volumetric fog and darkness

It may have been brought to us by HoS but it may happen anywhere, anytime, during a playthrough. I was just starting Novigrad's main quest line when it happened. I'm still far from starting HoS again in NG+ this time.

I think "stoprain" is my most-used console command

Yep, happened to me too.
I once meditated for days, went from a clean-shaven Geralt to a half-full bearded Geralt and the rain's still not stopping...

I don't see rain as a major bug.

Me neither. A simple save/reload fix the issue.

I tried just playing without mediation, I had a storm for 5 days ingame.

Iam from the west coast of Norway, it already rains here 300 days a year

I dont need this ingame aswell.

LOL. Did it stop rainning espontaneously?
Although simple, this issue is quite annoying due to its high frequence.
