What good reshade would you recommend?

I'm currently using the HD mod only, which is pretty great but still doesn't affect the lighting and shades which are not so great on the vanilla game.
I used to use 1000 times better which is not supported now so I'm looking for something to replace it, especially on my home PC since my laptop is by default way darker already.

What reshade would you suggest me to use?

Thanks!!

Don't use any reshade preset, unless it's only for small tweaks like contrast/gamma.

Use this on its own http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/657/?

I don't like using reshade for the witcher 3, it improves the look of one area while it makes another area look like crap. Reshade only works great on games that don't use multiple weather conditions.

This: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/657/? is not a reshade. It is a lighting overhaul

Though KNG really hates this mod, I must say it's been pretty good for me so far. Definitely try it and see for yourself.
Why does he hate stlm so much? 2.2 might be a bit buggy, but 2.1 works flawlessly at least for me.

Oh for the people who play with starting armour. Remember to install this mod as well: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1372/?

I'm using this one http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1131/? right now. It's quite nice and the swords are excellent. I'll try the other textures in a bit. Thanks guys.
(Sorry OP for hijacking your thread a bit. I think reshade is not that good for this game since it has too many environments and weathers.)

On an unrelated note. What do you think is the best texture mod for the starting armour?
This http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1372/? along with

DARK version of this one:

Or this one if you dislike the blue http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1207/?

dont use that its super broken and only looks good in certain areas

That can be also said for the vanilla game lighting but with STLM there are far more situations where it looks way better than vanilla. It is true that it has flaws and sometimes it doesn't look good,it's too bright and washed out but that can be easily fixed with a ReShade preset.
80% of the time the game looks way better than the vanilla and I can tolerate the "broken" parts.
The lighting just has more depth to it and it doesn't look as flat.

OT:The best preset is the one that you make on your own.You will never find a perfect preset especially for W3.It's impossible to make some big changes bc the game has a huge variety of areas with different coloring/lighting.
Download STLM first and try it without the ReShade.See what bothers you the most, maybe you'll like it as it is.
Then find a preset that you may like, set the game in 1280x720 window mode, open the SweetFx.cfg and start tweaking.Test every setting first.Turn them off and on so you can actually see what they do.
It will take some time but in the end it's worth it. GL o7

I'd like something a bit darker and light, the vanilla version of the game is really too saturated...

If you haven't checked it out. here is a gallery of what the game looks like running with my preset. Most of is in combination with STLM version 2.1 however (Touissant is vanilla lighting though).

Honestly it's all about preference with reshades, so it's worth checking out how to make them (it's pretty easy). That way you can tune the reshade to how you like it the best; and you can also check out what works best for your machine in terms of performance.
