Which enemies respawn in this game?

Which enemies respawn in this game?

I know Contract creatures are dead forever once killed, and that most monster creatures like Nekkers and Wolves respawn. But do Bandits and respawn? I've notice once you clear them from camps and abandoned sites, they don't come back? Am I wrong?

Would love to be able to keep killing bandits late game after completing the main plot!

There's roaming bandits, usually on horses, that will respawn. The ones in camps do not.

Do these roaming bandits come in higher level varieties? I've only ever seen level 6-7 versions.
