Witcher 3 DVD ROM Key on GOG

So, I got the DVD-ROM copy of Witcher 3 from Best buy as a gift. Unfortunately my PC (MSI Ghost Pro w/nVidia GTX970m) doesn't have a CD drive. I haven't opened the game yet as breaking the seal will nullify my return option. My question is whether there is a key inside the box that will allow me to download and play the game?

Yes, PC Retail copies come with a gog key printed on the back of the manual.

Yes, there is, so yes, you can download from GOG. Alternatively, if you know someone else with a DVD drive, you can copy the contents onto a flashdrive and install from that. Whichever approach suits you best.
