CDPR haven't been adding new scabbards themselves if that is what you're asking.
The mod should work fine with the newest updates, it's compatible all the way.
The thing is though, I was planning to make a bigger update, but unfortunately I was stupid enough to delete my old uncooked files, cause I wanted to get the new raw materials. And to my surprise the modkit is messed up right now, and I can't get my hands on the stuff I need, it's kind of annoying
So right now I'm hoping for some update on the tools CDPR gave us, but looks like that could take a while

How big are the files you need? I have the base 1.22 game uncooked.
