TV junkies
Any other hard core TV-series junkies here? I admit I'm one. Like seriously. The series I haven't even watched are few and far between (although among them are some pretty great ones, such as the Wire or Doctor Who, just never got into those for some reason), although many I watch I kinda tend to leave after some episodes, if they really suck.
My Trakt watchlist has 66 shows right now. The ongoing week shows 29 episodes. My average time spent in WoW still is above 4 hours every single day for the past eight years, even though for the past two expansions I've played little, which is impressive as such, but my TV-addiction is unrivaled.
Just watched the second to last Spartacus episode, realized next week the entire series will end, and was a bit mortified. I mean, I always try to watch Spartacus drunk; it's sooooooooooo good, all the blood, violence, titties, sex. Still, drinking beer and watching really good series often makes me quite somber even to the point of breaking down in tears. Now this series is coming to an end next week, the series where I loved Andy as the lead, then Andy died of cancer, like real cancer in real life, and now as I've just reconciled Liam being the lead, and come to terms with Naevia's actress changing just like that, not to mention Manu gaining like 40 pounds, it's all going to end. I don't think any amount of beer is going to be enough.
Do TV-series ending ever get to you guys on an emotional level? Are TV-series a big part of your life?
Also, would you want to see a live action Cyberpunk TV-series (perhaps an animated one?), and if so, what about? How would it go?
Also, no spoilers, at all. Please. Thanks.
