SPOILERS:Roches clothes in the last chapter WTF

It'd be more acceptable if his face was paste onto a normal soldier or he got some new emblem but no. He had to dive into a vat of red dye.

I am also very curious about this. In my game, Roche was wearing his normal outfit in the final chapter. I didn't notice any differences, and he definitely was not wearing red in mine.

Roche's "red stripes" uniform?

Exactly. (The one he changes into after he delivers Anais to Radovid, if you don't talk him out of it.) It's not much more than a recolor of his Blue Stripes outfit. It looks like pink pajamas. Not quite so dramatic as "the leopard changing his spots".

Interesting. I gave Anais to Natalis so I never saw that cutscene. I'll have to go Youtube it :p

Come on guys. You see this uniform for less then minute and making new uniform model for Roche would take a lot of production time. It's like you never seen such thing in games.

Thanks for the image :) I couldn't find that cutscene on Youtube for some reason (although I did find the one before it where the Order escorts Geralt, Roche and Anais back to Radovid).

That outfit looks so strange :p But I kind of think it's supposed to be strange and out of place because it's not really fitting for Roche to sell out Temeria to Radovid, so he looks awkward in the Redanian colors.

During the cutscene that I did find, Geralt seemed very unhappy with taking Anais back to Radovid (Geralt kept warning Roche to be careful and to not let Radovid kill her, and even accused Radovid of probably killing Boussy). I know that things probably won't turn out how I expect (they never do :p) but until I get to see long-term consequences for the choices I'm going to keep believing that it's a mistake to take her to Radovid.

He isn't selling out Temeria if Ada is Radovid's queen though. He would have more of a legitimate claim to Anais than some baron or military commander.

Natalis seems to be a good person who would take care of Anais and protect her from anyone that wants to hurt her. On the other hand, Radovid is a scheming bastard who will force Anais to marry him if Ada can't produce any children (after killing Ada first of course). Giving Anais to Radovid is definitely selling out Temeria by ensuring that Radovid will take it over.

True, Natalis is a good man, but he's no George Washington. He commands universal respect, but his ability and willingness to rule in a manner that holds Temeria together are at best suspect.

Under Radovid's protection, Temeria is safe but subject, and Anais is Radovid's pawn. The most likely outcome is Temeria will become a tributary kingdom of Redania, with Anais as puppet queen.

Under Interrex John Natalis, Temeria is free but beset by dissension and powerful neighbors, and Anais is in good hands so long as Natalis can protect her. The possibility of a devastating civil war or of becoming a battleground between Redania and Kaedwen is very real.

But this game is about freedom, and all its implications for better or worse. To side with freedom means accepting that all will not turn out well, but just as surely that there is no other right side to stand on.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with all of that, especially the last part. In my game Henselt was dead so I figured Kaedwen would be too busy sorting its own problems out to worry about Temeria, especially since Henselt had no heirs. I gambled that Radovid would be distracted by Nilfgaard invading and that would hopefully give Temeria time to get its act together and unite against the common threat. I don't know if things will work out well, and I'm sure things won't go as I expect them to go, but this feels like the right choice to me.

I think you're being sexist. LOL sorry, different thread. I like the look of it, but it does seem weird to see him in Redanian colors. Doesn't seem right.

Haha need to play the game more guys. Something unrelated: I didn't know that you can actually kill Loredo if you side with Iorveth or you can see Iorveth again in Roches side.

I was thinking that Radovoid marrying Anais would have him conquer Temeria but he can't if Adda is alive. I wouldn't want Temeria to be weak since they're right next to Nilfgaard so I choose to give Anais to Radovid.
