He actually is French.. or at least he currently lives in Paris. I had a feeling you were French too because I recall you posting about a name popular in french folklore.

And yes, the other sex scenes weren't exactly stellar since they used the same animations and only swapped out the female character. I guess you could say that in the case of Triss it was supposed to be a romantic moment (one of the reasons it was so good) while in the other cases it was just sex but there was a pretty noticeable difference in quality between the two.
